Facilitated by James Jenkins, attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to code and build using Microbits and see how this technology has applications for multiple grade levels and classrooms.
As part of Carlow University’s Black History Month
celebration, all are invited to hear about the Negro
League players and teams from Sean L. Gibson, the
executive director of the Josh Gibson Foundation and
the great grandson of Josh Gibson, the legendary
Negro Leagues player who died in January 1947 and
was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1972.
