Overcoming racism, especially in ourselves, requires addressing all aspects of who we are, including our spiritual self. This lecture will explore the role of prayer in the difficult and uncomfortable work of growing in antiracism and will offer various practical examples. While the content will draw primarily from Christian spirituality, people of all faith backgrounds (or no faith background) are encouraged to attend this exploration of how our relationship with ultimate meaning can heal our relationships with one another.
