Spring Registration
Registration for Spring and Summer 2022 is open in Self Service. Please take time to schedule a meeting with your advisor to review your courses of study. Full information, including helpful videos, are available on the Registrar’s Self Service & Registration Resources site in Isadora. To access Self Service, go to Isadora and click Self Service under Quick Links. If you are having difficulties, please reach out to your advisor, the Student HUB (412-578-6389), or Student Affairs by calling 412-578-6293 or emailing studentaffairs@carlow.edu, and we will be happy to assist.
Report Safety Concerns to Campus Police
The Carlow Police recently received indirect reports of student safety concerns that slowed efforts to provide support. When a concern arises, the best method to fully inform students is to work with Campus Police to gather accurate and detailed information. You may report most effectively by calling campus police at 412-578-6007 (emergency) or 412-578-6005 (non-emergency), by using any emergency blue phone on campus, or using the CampusShield app downloadable to any android or iOS device. Please help us address these issues when they are occurring.
Symptomatic? Contact Health Services
Students who are symptomatic should stay where they are and contact Health Services by calling 412-578-6474 or emailing hcs@carlow.edu. Please also contact your Primary Care Physician (PCP), along with faculty, supervisors, or other appropriate individuals. Because we have received many questions about what to do in such an instance, we are sharing additional guidance, which can be found by clicking here. Please do not come to campus, attend classes, or learning experiences until you are certain of your health status.
The Center for Academic Achievement (CAA) is Open for Tutoring and Academic Coaching
Remember that the CAA is tutoring and coaching online and in person. Make an appointment at carlow.mywconline.com, call 412-578-6271 or stop by the CAA office on the fourth floor of the University Commons. Make the second half of the semester a success!

Help Needed? Submit a Care Report
With the beginning of each semester, students occasionally struggle with affordability, academic adjustments, and connecting to the community. If you become concerned about yourself or others, please submit a report and let the Care Team know about any needs, questions or concerns. We are active and will make contact with you, or those you refer, to help. You may also contact the Student Affairs office at 412-578-6293 or studentaffairs@carlow.edu.
Have a very happy and safe Thanksgiving!
Sincerely,
Timothy P. Phillips, PhD
