… Meanwhile, Chapman spoke with Mollie Cecere and Kenneth Smythe-Leistico, both of Carlow University, about the Carlow Community Scholars Program, which serves youth aging out of the foster care system or experiencing homelessness.
They said they found a program out of Western Michigan that had been successful for about 15 years and were hoping to emulate that success.
