Carlow Recognizes Winner of Bolden Scholarship at Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Luncheon

Carlow hosted a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Luncheon on January 13. As part of this annual recognition of the late civil rights pioneer, Carlow honored Dana Denson, MEd, winner of the POISE Foundation’s Frank E. Bolden Scholarship. Denson presented a plaque to Nancy Bolden in appreciation.

The Frank E. Bolden Scholarship Fund was established in 1998 to provide scholarships for students pursuing a teaching career in early childhood education or special education in accredited education programs in Western Pennsylvania.
