Pam Zimmerman is the Undergraduate Education Department Coordinator at Carlow University. In this role she oversees department programs and operations and involvement in Early Childhood Projects. The Education Department collaborates in many projects including the Apprenticeship Program that kicked off in the Fall of 2019. 

She also participates and collaborates with many agencies throughout the region, including the Head Start Policy Council in which she serves as a Community Representative. She holds an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Leadership and Supervision from Carlow University.  She is also an Adjunct instructor and has presented at many local and national conferences over the years.

Her work and experience in the early childhood field includes; Professional Development Manager for a county lead agency, Coordinator of Advising, Child Care Program Director and Projects including Everyday Interactions Matter (EIM) in conjunction with The Fred Rogers Center, DAP (Developmentally Appropriate Practices), Leadership, play, and Supportive Partnering with Families.
