Katie has worked at Carlow University for over 17 years. Starting her time at Carlow in the Registrar’s Office, where she worked to streamline work processes and worked with IT to implement numerous system changes and updates. In 2009, Katie helped convert Carlow from the old ERP system to the ERP system currently being used. After becoming the Associate Registrar, she was approached by a Vice President to move to the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness. The transition to her new role was to help make data more readily available and streamline the official data collection process for the Carlow community. While working in the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness she works to maintain Carlow’s official data. Maintaining the data involves ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout its lifecycle. Katie handles multiple surveys, including Federal IPEDS, and other reputational surveys. She is constantly stiving to meet the University’s data needs with integrity, accuracy, and speed.
