Evonne Thomas who is the the enrollment data manager utilizes the institution’s Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool and Student Information System (SIS) to process prospective student inquiries, applications, and all supporting documents required to make an admissions decision. She helps generate a variety of printed letters and communication throughout the application and enrollment process, and assist with the electronic communication flow. She functions as a key contributor to the quality assurance of data, and trains team members on the appropriate use of the CRM. Additionally, she supports the overall business operation by performing essential office tasks such as email and mail processing.
