Ainsley Dillon is an Occupational Therapist and CEO of Hilltop Horizons, Aliquippa, PA. This private practice offers evaluation and treatment to pediatric and adult populations with a multitude of challenges. Ms. Dillon utilizes hippotherapy and nature-based strategies as treatment tools and collaborates with families on home programs to support clients. As the Executive Director and head Therapeutic Riding Instructor, she manages the program while empowering children and adults with special needs through equine assisted services. Ms. Dillon offers her business expertise to the Carlow OT program through adjunct teaching in our leadership and management courses
