Ashley L. Cesare began serving Carlow University students and families in the Office of Admissions in 2017. Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Ashley received a Bachelor of Science in Education degree (Middle-level Social Studies and Special Education) and a Masters of Education degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and 2017, respectfully. After a year of service to Carlow University, she discovered the value of a mercy-centered education and the profound influence Carlow graduates have on the world who needs them most. It was then she decided to enroll in the Master of Arts in Student Affairs program at Carlow. Ashley graduated with this degree in 2021 and credits her Carlow University education in providing her the skills necessary to serve students and meet their needs through a caring, compassionate lens. As Associate Director of Enrollment and First-Year Experience at Carlow, Ashley is dedicated to higher-education accessibility, supporting students and families through their college search journeys (especially first-generation students) and is committed to making their first-year experience meaningful, engaging, and memorable.
