Carlow students talk together in a residence hall.

Settle In

The Office of Residence Life is pleased to welcome you to Carlow University! Our staff is looking forward to helping you get the most out of college and create a place of your own to call home.

Carlow residents enjoy meeting new people, being seconds from classes, getting involved on campus, and much more.

The Office of Residence Life is located on the 2nd floor of the University Commons (219) and we are committed to assisting you—our current and prospective students—as you navigate the housing process. Frances Warde Hall and Dougherty Hall are the two halls that consist of nine residential floors for student housing.

New Student Housing

Starting in late May, students who have submitted their residence hall deposit via the admissions process will be invited to complete their housing and meal plan agreement for 2019-2020. This invitation will come via email to their Carlow account, and will come with instructions on completing their housing and meal plan agreement, completing a roommate matching profile, and searching for and selecting a roommate. In mid-July, room assignments will be disseminated, as will detailed information related to move-in day, Thursday, August 22.

If you are a new student and do not have your Carlow email account yet and feel as though you should, please contact Carlow University's Help! Services for your email and password.
