Excitement surrounds the Carlow women's basketball program as the 2018-'19 season begins! The Celtics have reloaded with a talented incoming class and enter their second season guided by head coach Tim Moore, a former USCAA DII Coach of the Year.

In 2015-'16, the Celtics earned a berth to the USCAA National Championship Tournament for the first time in five years and also finished in the top eight teams in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC), after beginning the season ranked 13th, to qualify for the KIAC playoffs.

The Celtics play their home games at Oakland Catholic High School. Carlow competes in at least 24 contests per season as a member of the River States Conference (RSC) in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and as an independent in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA).
