Carlow offers non-credit fitness and wellness courses to help students, faculty and staff improve their physical fitness and well-being. Accredited courses are also available.

The Office of Fitness and Wellness Services also offers instruction on healthy lifestyle strategies and wellness education through classes, workshops and seminars.

Yoga, open to all fitness levels, can help reduce stress, increase blood circulation, and improve mental and physical health. Zumba features Latin and international music and a variety of dance styles from around the world. We also offer Tai chi.
