Crystal is a passionate and dedicated member of the Carlow University community, whose career and personal interests reflect a deep commitment to education and social equity. Hailing from New Jersey, Crystal has also experienced the unique educational and community landscapes of Colorado, where she lived for six years before returning to the East.

An avid and lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Crystal brings the same level of enthusiasm and commitment to her professional responsibilities. Her dedication is evident in her efforts to foster an inclusive academic environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed. Her career spans the nonprofit sector, mental health advocacy, and disability rights, all of which inform her approach to creating supportive and inclusive educational spaces.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Crystal is an avid reader and lifelong learner. This love for reading and continuous education fuels her innovative approach to her work and contributes to her personal and professional growth. When not working, Crystal enjoys exploring the outdoors with her partner and dog, finding inspiration and relaxation in nature.
