Pittsburgh Technical College Students Teach-Out Program
Carlow University has always sought to meet students where they are and meaningfully engage with the community, all with the goal of creating a more just and merciful world. To that end, we are pleased to announce a teach-out agreement for students affected by the recent closure of Pittsburgh Technical College (PTC). The aim is to provide an uninterrupted education to PTC students, giving them the opportunity to complete their degree.
As part of this agreement, Carlow will:
• Accept credits earned at PTC by potential transfer students
• Make available transfer guides for select majors
For its part, Pittsburgh Technical College has agreed to make all student information available to Carlow upon request, allowing for the smooth transition of all PTC transfers.
