Gina Davis joined Carlow University in late November 2023. She was previously employed with the City of Pittsburgh for 16 years, where during that time she was Executive Assistant to the City of Pittsburgh Fire Chief, before becoming an HR Business Partner with the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service. She was also employed with the University of Pittsburgh as an Employee and Labor Relations Specialist, and Babson College as an HR Project Specialist. Gina is and has always been devoted to making a positive impact on the underserved, under-represented and marginalized populations. In her spare time Gina has spent many years working part-time and/or volunteering for Non-profit agencies who serve women and children, those with chemical dependency, and those incarcerated and being integrated back into society. Whether recruiting, mentoring, training, coaching, or helping to build necessary “life skills” Gina has contributed in a positive way to making our world more just and merciful.
