With over two decades of experience in higher education, Jami has held key roles in career development and student services at institutions including Carlow University and Washington & Jefferson College. As Director of the Office of Career Development at Carlow University, she is devoted to empowering students on their career paths. Her tenure as Senior Assistant Director at Washington & Jefferson College’s Center for Professional Pathways showcased her expertise in fostering employer relationships and enhancing student engagement. Committed to professional growth, she holds a certification in professional coaching from Duquesne University, complementing her academic background in Education and Student Affairs from Slippery Rock University.
