Eleemosynary deals with the lives of the women of the Wesbrook family—the eccentric Grandmother Dorothea, her daughter, the emotionally distant Artie, and Artie’s precocious and brilliant daughter Echo. Built partly around Echo’s foray into a spelling bee, and Dorothea’s stroke, the play chronicles how these independent women come to grips with life, love, and loss—and the invisible filaments that inexorably tie the three together.
Eleemosynary is directed by Steve Fatla. Tickets are $15 and $13 for Seniors and Students.
Performance Dates: March 23, 24, 25, 30, 31 & April 1
