Once enrolled, you will be assigned an academic advisor based on your major declaration. Your advisor will provide you with academic support including:

  • Answering questions about classes, schedules and University policies
  • Providing course information such as curriculum guides, course catalogs and student handbooks
  • Scheduling each semester with you
  • Monitoring your academic progress
  • Discussing major and minor options as well as career opportunities

Online students may contact their advisor by email or phone and expect to receive a response within 24-48 hours. Virtual meetings with your advisor can be arranged.
