Crystalee came to Carlow in 2022 after eight years as a high school English teacher. Her previous teaching experience has included working with adult learners through the AmeriCorps program and as an adjunct ESL instructor. As the Pittsburgh Promise Success Coach, she is devoted to helping students eliminate academic, social, and financial barriers to their success through individual coaching sessions, targeted programming, and access to opportunities for increased academic engagement.
