Lillian Naccarati, EdD is the Executive Director of The Campus Laboratory School and the Early Learning Center and professor of Education at Carlow University. Her experiences range from elementary and middle school teaching to central office administration having served as the Director of Pupil Personnel, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent in public and parochial education settings. Her experience at all professional levels have afforded her the opportunity to develop a global perspective on teaching and learning and transforming educational theory into sound practice.
Her work history demonstrates her ability to blend traditional and innovative education practices to address the needs of all students. Her career has been a model for addressing long-range planning processes, providing professional development opportunities for principals and teacher, facilitation of district-wide Middle States Accreditation and initiation of a framework for principal/teacher supervision. As a professor of Education, she was presented the “Excellence in Graduate Teaching” award by the Carlow University College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Education and Liberal Arts in May, 2023.
