About Sherry: Sherry Hoback provides strategic leadership that drives the development and implementation of clinical practice, strategy, and programs that reflect state-of-the-art ambulatory care practice. Mrs. Hoback is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Tampa Family Health Centers. Inc. (TFHC) and is responsible for establishing, leading, and executing TFHC’s overall mission, vision and strategy. Mrs. Hoback’s career spans the spectrum of healthcare both in ambulatory and hospital-based healthcare management. She led a transformation of healthcare performance, which progressed to the Managed Care arenas, focusing on healthcare compliance. She is a guest lecturer speaking to topics spanning from Healthcare Leadership to Women in Leadership. In 2018, Mrs. Hoback was awarded the highest honor bestowed upon an individual from Carlow University by receiving the Carlow Laureate Award for her contribution to Healthcare. She was awarded the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Businesswoman of the year for 2019. She is deeply invested in her community and passionate about healthcare access for all. As a Legal Nurse Consultant, she co-authored Report Writing and Case Analysis and LNC Essentials.
