Pittsburgh, Pa. – President Suzanne K. Mellon, PhD, has released the following statement about the death of David Peduto.

“All of us here at Carlow University were shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden passing of David Peduto, husband of Michelle, executive director of Carlow’s Campus School, and older brother of Bill Peduto, Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh.  Our prayers go out to Michelle and their children, to Mayor Peduto and the rest of the family, and to all who knew and loved David.  They will be in our thoughts in the days and weeks ahead.  Carlow and our city have lost someone whose presence and impact will be truly missed.”
