Bob Sirko has been Carlow's head softball coach since 2006. He led the Celtics to the American Mideast Conference Championship in 2012, the last year of the conference's existence. In 2016, he guided the Celtics to their best postseason finish in Carlow athletics history. Carlow advanced to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association National Championship, finishing as the national runner-up to St. Mary of the Woods. The Celtics also finished third in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC), while posting a 30-14 record overall.
Sirko, who graduated from Penn State University with a degree in electrical engineering, is active in youth sports in Beaver County. He served as the president of the Beaver County Girls Fast Pitch League for six years, and is currently the president of the Valley Rage Travel Softball Organization. He is also the director of ASA Youth Fast Pitch in Beaver County. Prior to coaching at Carlow, he spent four years as an assistant coach at Center Area High School, helping guide the Trojans to three straight WPIAL championship games and the 2003 PIAA championship game.
