Flexibility. Affordability. Convenience.

Carlow University has been a regional leader in developing innovative adult undergraduate programs that make it possible for working adults to complete bachelor's degrees. We offer these programs in four formats:

Carlow Accelerated Program (CAP)
CAP sessions meet one evening every week, Monday through Thursday for eight consecutive weeks. Five CAP sessions are scheduled each year starting in January, March, May, August, and October.

Weekend College (WEC)
Classes meet every other weekend (eight class sessions) over a 16-week period. WEC classes meet on Friday evenings, Saturdays (morning or afternoon), or Sundays. Three WEC sessions are offered during each year, starting in January, May, and August.

Evening Program (Traditional 15-week semester)
Students who are interested in completing a bachelor's degree in social work or education now have the option of evening classes.

Regular Day Program (Traditional 15-week semester)
Adult students are also welcome to attend daytime classes at Carlow University, if preferred.

Degrees can be completed through a combination of all programs.

Financial Aid
If you're wondering how to pay for college, you're not alone. Most adult students have the same concerns. Carlow's Office of Financial Aid will work with you to discover the many resources and payment methods available to help you make this important investment in your future.

Adult students may qualify for a variety of scholarships.

Employer Reimbursement
Many employers offer tuition reimbursement. Check with your human resources office to find out the amount and requirements for tuition reimbursement.

We offer convenient locations. In addition to our main campus in Oakland, Carlow has two more locations in Cranberry and Greensburg, in addition to many online course offerings.
