Orientation Schedule

    Please note, below is a sample schedule. A finalized schedule will be available a couple weeks before Orientation:

    4 p.m. Optional Tours
    4 - 5:15 p.m.

    Orientation Check-In and Taking Care of Business (AJP Atrium)
    You'll have the opportunity to check-in, grab a bite to eat, begin meeting other graduate students, and speak with the following University departments:

    • Academic Advising
    • Center for Academic Achievement
    • Financial Aid
    • IT Login
    • Parking Permits
    • Student Accounts
    • University ID Center
    • University Registrar
     
    5:15 - 5:30 p.m.  Welcome - Room 107
    You'll be welcomed to the University and learn more about what Transfer Orientation will entail.
    5:35 - 6:20 p.m. Meeting with Program Directors
    You'll have the opportunity to meet with your program directors before beginning classes. 
    6:25 - 7:10 p.m.

    Session 1
    Please choose to attend one of the following presentations:

    • Center for Academic Achievement - Students will learn more about the Center for Academic Achievement and the services they provide.
    • Office of Career Development - Students will learn more about the Office of Career Development and the services they offer in Career Networking: Increase the ROI of your degree.
    • Carlow Technology Resources - Students will begin to learn how to use:
      • Carlow Email
      • Carlow Portal
      • BlackBoard
      • WebAdvisor
      • E2 Campus
       
     
    7:15 - 8 p.m.
    Session 2 
    Please choose to attend one of the following presentations:
