essential to keep it running efficiently. Medical and health service
managers (also known as healthcare administrators) plan, direct, coordinate, and
supervise the daily delivery of health care. This program provides the educational background needed to be competitive in today’s healthcare market. The program provides a solid background in business to complementthe health services knowledge. This program prepares students to work in positions in the following areas: health care advocacy, long-term care, physicians’ offices, health care institutions, insurance, or physicians’ practices.
The bachelor of science (BS) program emphasizes management and leadership skills, as well as technology and science within the healthcare environment.
