We’ll do all we can to get you started, keep you going, and get you to the finish line. We can’t promise that it’ll be completely painless—but we’ll be with you every step of the way.

To get things started, your first step is filling out our undergraduate application. We have rolling admissions, so the sooner you get into our system the sooner you will be assigned your Admissions Counselor. From there, your Admissions Counselor will be your personal concierge to see you through the rest of the admission process.

1. Apply online
Fill out all the information in the undergraduate online application.

2. Submit supplemental application materials (when necessary)
Your counselor will follow-up with you on your specific next steps so that we can provide you with an admissions decision as early as possible.  If you are a transfer student, submit an official copy of all college transcripts*.

Mail supplemental materials to:
Carlow University
Office of Admissions
3333 Fifth Avenue
Pittsburgh, PA 15213

3. Receive your admission decision from Carlow
Once your application is complete and we have made a decision, you will be contacted by us. More information will also be sent via U.S. mail.

4. Arrange for a personal interview and campus visit
Although this is optional, it is strongly recommended. You can register for our Admission Events online, by emailing admissions@carlow.edu,  or by calling our admissions office at 412.578.6059.

* The transcript is considered official if it contains the seal of the institution and is issued directly to Carlow University. Transcripts delivered to students are considered official only when sealed in an envelope with the institution's seal over the flap. Faxed transcripts are not considered official. Official GED test scores may be accepted in lieu of high school transcripts.
