Roommate Preference Form must be returned within 30 days of the request. (This will be mailed to you in your Orientation package this summer.)
Each student who resides in the residence
halls is required to sign the Housing/Food Service Agreement. Please
read the agreement carefully. Once you have selected your meal plan
and signed the agreement, return the white copy to the Office of
Residence Life by August 1, 2014. Your contract must be on file in
order to move into the residence hall. Please refer to your booklet
for contract. (This will be mailed to you in your Orientation package this summer.)

By August 25, 2014, please go to student parking for complete instructions regarding the parking and transportation process. You may contact our Student Hub at 412.578.6389 if you are interested in bus passes.
Please plan for funding to cover college supplies and recreational activities during the semester. We recommend $350-$500 for experiencing social activities around Pittsburgh as well as books and classroom supplies.
All incoming first-year students will receive the 2014 Common Reader Book, Enrique’s Journey, in their Orientation Package which will arrive a few weeks before Orientation. This book, along with the reading guide questions, needs to be completed before the First Year Seminar Class during Orientation Week. Find out more about Enrique's Journey.
You are confirmed as a Carlow enrollee only if you have paid your balance due for the semester or have selected a monthly payment plan and are up-to-date on your payments by August 1, 2014, for the fall semester.
