As the Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment, Kimberly Lipniskis has the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of many who seek to further their education by helping them find a program that fits their needs and lifestyle.

Kimberly grew up in a small town in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. She has obtained a B.S. in Marketing Management as well as an MBA.

Kimberly started working at Carlow in 2004, where she worked with the adult undergraduate population for 10 years. In 2014, she became the Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment and works with students in the MBA, MFF, MSN/NCEL, MSN/MBA and DNP programs, as well as the post-baccalaureate program for cardiovascular perfusion with UPMC Shadyside Hospital.

What she loves most about her current position, is that she gets to see a great deal of her students for a second time around. Many of her undergraduate adult students have developed a loyalty to Carlow. Therefore, when the time comes for them to consider earning a master’s degree, their first thought is Carlow and they would never consider anywhere else.

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys cooking, antiquing and estate sales, music and traveling. However, some of her best times are spent just sharing quiet time with family friends and her little Yorkie, Izzi.
